  • Before reading, invite two students to come to the front of the classroom and name aspects about themselves that are also presented in the interview (sense of belonging, greatest wish, sense of pride, model to follow).
  • While reading, invite students to identify the character traits of each of the people interviewed.
  • After reading:
    • Bring out the specific characteristics of each person.
    • Do the activity.
